Turn your PayPal and Stripe payments into invoices.
Get started
- Add your business details. Your name, address and logo appear on every invoice.
- Import your payments. In PayPal, open Reports, then Activity download, and download Completed payments or Balance affecting as CSV. In Stripe, open Payments, click Export and choose all columns. Exports in any language work.
- Create your invoices. Tick the payments you want to invoice, then download the PDFs.
Tick the payments you want to turn into invoices, then click Create invoices in the bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

No invoices yet. Select payments on the Payments tab and choose Create invoices.
Clients are matched by email. Add an address once and StatementPal uses it on every invoice for that client, now and in future imports. Many countries require the customer's address, and for business customers their VAT or tax number, on invoices.
